General Notes

     Utility friendly tree. Exceptional fall foliage color. May eventually require regularly scheduled light top-trimming (but not necessarily shearing) of vigorous top shoots to maintain heights below 25'.
     An Acer palmatum in Cap. Park is registered as a California Big Tree. It measures 37 feet high, with a trunk circumference of 74 inches and a crown spread of 46 feet.
